A Different Kind Of Tag (Plus A Theme)

And...we're back! The Funkie designers here at Frilly and Funkie are excited to share our take on A Different Kind of Tag (Plus the Theme of either Fall or Halloween).  Have you altered a tag to play along with us?  Here's some more great inspiration to get you going.

Anita Houston - The Artful Maven Haven

Marjie Kemper - She Who Stamps and Scraps

Linda Coughlin - The Funkie Junkie

This challenge closes on Tuesday, October 16th so you still have plenty of time to play along.  And who knows, you just might be our next Funkie Favorite or maybe win a $25 gift certificate to shop at The Funkie Junkie Boutique.

*************Week 1 Post************

Hello everyone, Anita here as host for this fortnight's challenge but first I want to say thank you to everyone who played along with our Fall Into Fall challenge.  You all must love making fall art because we had a RECORD 51 entries and are we ever excited about that!  I hope you will like the challenge I have for you as much as the last one!

I love making tags and there is sooo much you can do on a tag, BUT sometimes I need a slight change up. This fortnight show us a tag, BUT alter itsomehow. Change it's shape, cut it up, add several to make a book, flip it upside down, whatever, just don't let us see a regular tag. Repeating..."No regular tags this fortnight!" Let's see how creative you can be, AND use Autumn or Halloween as your theme.

To get you started, here are the Frilly girls' tag projects for your inspiration.  You will notice that we have a new designer, Rebecca Deeprose from PaperPrimrose (stop back by tomorrow as we officially say goodbye to Tammy Roberts and welcome Rebecca to our team).

Sue Carrington - Stamping Sue Style

Rebecca Deeprose- PaperPrimrose

Linda Coughlin - The Funkie Junkie

Our challenge offers two opportunities for prizes - a random drawing for a $25 gift certificate to shop at The Funkie Junkie Boutique and a best project competition, judged by the voting of the design team members. The Funkie Favorite winner receives a winner's badge to display on their blog sidebar. In order to qualify for a prize, you must follow the challenge requirements and provide a link back to our challenge site in your post.

Thanks again for stopping by. Be sure to stop back next Wednesday for even more inspiration from our Funkie designers!

Whatever your vintage style, Frilly or Funkie, you are welcome to play along with our vintage inspired challenge. You may upload your project at any time.
